JWS Privacy Policy - Because of the deeply personal nature of the work we do at JWS, it is critical that we maintain a private working environment. This means that anything that is shared within the (digital) four walls of the Studio lives only within the group participating in the class. Please respect each other’s boundaries and privacy and contribute to the best working environment possible. This includes the privacy of students, teachers, and staff. Any violation of this will result in immediate dismissal from the studio, no exceptions.
Recordings - JWS Online provides recordings of all classes on their respective class pages. These recordings will be available for the entirety of the current month of JWS Online. Recordings from previous sessions will not be available after the month has concluded. Under no circumstances may a student record (audio or video) or download a class on their own. Violation will result in immediate dismissal from the studio.
The Chat - Students may not post links to any copyrighted material in the classroom chat, nor should they comment on each other’s work unless specifically asked to do so. In addition, off topic side conversations in the chat are not permitted.
Internet/Facebook/Instagram/Etc. - We love that our JWS artists want to share their experiences of being in class, and we encourage our community to use their social media platforms with intention and integrity. To that end, students may not take or share photos, screen shots, audio/video grabs of teachers, staff, or other students without their express permission to do so. Cancellation Policy - Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time once the initial three month commitment has elapsed. Early cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. To cancel your subscription, email studio@jenwaldman.com
